Dear valued customers, We are currently experiencing an unprecedented demand and incredible number of orders. In some cases, this is anything up to 4 or 5 times as many orders as we’d typically expect for this time of year. As such, we are processing them as fast and as safely as we can given the current circumstances surrounding Coronavirus. However, please appreciate that there is likely to be a slightly longer turnaround time than we would typically expect, and on top of that Royal Mail are also struggling to deliver the mail within their usual timeframe. As such in order to prioritise processing and packing orders I’m afraid we won’t be putting much time into answering emails or messages sent to social media sites. Please be patient when waiting for your orders, we’re not ignoring you out or disinterest or spite, we are just genuinely rushed off our feet and trying to get through the backlog of orders. We always try to ensure orders are delivered within 10 working days no matter the circumstances, (i.e two weeks). If you have not received anything within this time frame then please do get in touch.
